The fair Manager, Online registration, you always have all relevant to the event data in the view. The free and occupied hotel room individuals, guests will be required exhibitors only some of these important data are badges. Each event can also be individually configured to your Liking and prepare.
You can enable load selected data and texts, as well as the required queries of, for example, arrival and departure, fair-Outifts, etc. or deactivate to be queried when you register your booth personnel.
Register your Team for an event, or send to each participant a Mail automated with a Self-registration link. So in the blink of an eye, all of the data, much easier than Excel Lists, E-Mails, typing, or many other self-made solutions.
Of course, you can export all the collected data at any time, to edit it in other formats. You can always keep track of your planned booth staff on each day of the fair and make it to your colleagues at your event as easy as possible.

* Fair Manager licenses have a duration of min. 12 months, Payable at the time of order for 12 months in advance, each terminated 3 months before the end of the term, otherwise extension for a further 12 months
** A fair Manager Credit is for an employee for each event. Credits in packages can be distributed to any number of events in an organization and have no time limit – in test versions can be used. Unused Credits will expire if there is no active fair Manager license.
