Your tasks
- Fachliche Führung des Teams der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Vorgabe und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Buchhaltungsstandards der Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Haupt- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Hauptbuch- und Anlagenbuchhaltung, steuerliche Angelegenheiten, Zahlungsverkehr, etc.)
- Erstellen von Statistiken im monatlichen Meldewesen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Standardisierung der Prozessabläufe
- Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
What we expect from You!
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation oder ein einschlägiges Studium
- Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Steuerrechtliche Kenntnisse
- ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Very good written and spoken German, English desirable
- sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten
- a structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of self-motivation and good communication skills
