The Fair Manager

For almost 15 years, we have been developing FairManager, the trade fair stand management software. Originally created in response to a customer request, a large number of internationally active companies now rely on FairManager software for their trade fair appearances. It is not uncommon for stand sizes to exceed 1,000 m² and for several hundred employees to work on the stand. Our team includes specialists in software development, IT administration, network technology, project management, and event technology.

The cornerstone of our innovative complete solution is the Infotheken call system for your trade fair stand with the associated FairManager app for iOS and Android. Our premise is to provide expert support for trade fair planning and implementation, from online registration and hotel management to the Infotheken call system, meeting room management, catering orders, advertising material distribution, and billing after the trade fair. By using FairManager, our customers no longer have to worry about a significant part of the organization and management of data in Excel or any other lists, and they have a perfect overview at all times.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly at the trade fair, our team is also happy to take care of the complete planning of the IT and network technology for our customers and provide them with the necessary equipment from our extensive rental park.
